NEAAAT Seniors 

Prom is on April 25, 2020 from 7-10pm at the Carolina Center in Elizabeth City!

Juniors and Seniors can purchase Prom tickets and bring 1 date from 9th grade to 20 years old*. Dates that are not NEAAAT students will need to complete a Guest Verification Form with a photocopy of his/her ID by the deadline.

Ticket sales are the following dates for the following prices: 

​

November 4th-15th

$20 per ticket 

$30 per couple 

 

January 13-24th

$25 per ticket 

$35 per couple

 

March 16-27th 

$30 per ticket

$40 per couple

 

April 24th-- $75 per ticket

*Guests not enrolled in high school must also have parent permission in addition to the guest verification form and copy of photo ID.

This senior committee is responsible for planning prom. From location to the menu, these seniors must be able to work under a budget, party plan, and decorate. The following is the responsibility of the Prom Committee:

1. Determining color scheme (by November 1st)

2. Determining theme (by November 1st)

3. Determining location (by November 1st)

4. Promoting and selling tickets

5. Developing a list of purchases and services (DJ/Security) for administrative approval (by January 5th)

6. Designing and creating Prom tickets (by March 15th) 

7. Planning the venue layout (by January 5th)

8. Determining the menu/caterer (by January 5th)

9. Requesting and organizing donations of supplies/materials (by January 5th)

10. Creating decorations (By March 15th)

11. Decorating the venue (Day of Prom)
